a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Registered Yoga Teacher, and holistic lifestyle educator.

I can teach you how to live a life full of real food, positive thoughts, and minimal things so you’re able to have the sustainable, healthy lifestyle that provides you with the peace, nourishment, and simplicity you crave.

I am here to serve, love, motivate, educate, encourage, and teach you how to live the life you crave and deserve.

I will argue that dog cuddles are therapeutic, I am a believer in Christ, and have conquered a long list of brokenness in my short 20-something years. Before I found a holistic lifestyle, I was lost in the chaos of the world; eating food that didn’t make me feel good, using products with a list of chemicals a mile long, and stuck in a sea of anxiety and depression. I held onto the “stuff” that cluttered my home like I did the emotions, hurt, and pain I held in my heart.
